SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing can take longer. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, and address issues can affect delivery time.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers apply only when displayed at checkout and may be limited by destination or order value.

TRACKING

Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to begin showing movement after a shipping confirmation is sent. Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Email kenny@techtrend.solutions immediately if an address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and your local delivery office. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help investigate.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If an order arrives damaged or tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, email kenny@techtrend.solutions with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the carrier information and work toward an appropriate replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International availability is shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery times.
