30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident ordering from Quiet Glide. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
STARTING A RETURN
Email kenny@techtrend.solutions with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send products back to the address on the shipping label or to the supplier without authorization; unauthorized returns may not be received.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement, refund, or return-shipping instructions at no additional cost.
DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used or installed chair leg protectors, items not in their original condition, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns of items purchased from another retailer.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different size or color is to return the original item after approval and place a new order. Please measure your furniture legs before ordering.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order or change its address before it has entered fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or address change.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email kenny@techtrend.solutions.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
